These quality wines are obtained from the best grapes the winery can produce, cultivated and made into wine with every care and attention. Wines that are left to age in small French oak casks take on the added richness of perfumes and aromas, and so enhance any food they accompany. Bonarda Bricco del Lupo is allowed to age for a year until it takes on the beautiful ruby-red colour, its bouquet is enriched with overtones of ripe red fruit and its flavour becomes smooth and well-balanced. It is with the same care and attention that the Rosa Spina, a white, elegant, aromatic wine, is produced. It is obtained from the best vintage Pinot Grigio grapes, which undergo membrane maceration. This gives the wine a bouquet with intensely fruity overtones. The princely Villana, an enveloping Bonarda, which is made using traditional wine-making methods, in order to bring out the typical characteristics of the vine. In the glass, there is a dense fermenting of nectar with violet hues and a floral bouquet that is almost intoxicating, pleasingly smooth and fruity on the palate.
Finally there is the refined Sandomenico, the pride if our winery. It is obtained by selecting the best Pinot Nero grapes that are made into red wine. The wine that is obtained is left to age in fine wooden barrels and then in the bottle. This refinement gives the wine its typical ruby red colour with orange reflections, a delicate bouquet with fruity and spicy notes, and a slight scent of wild roses.
