Muscatè
Distillate of the Moscato grape

Must
100% Moscato.
Muscatè grape brandy is undisputedly suggestive and precious. Moscato grapes are crushed when they are at the best moment of ripeness and they
are left to ferment at a controlled temperature. The partially fermented must is placed in Bain Marie stills for about one and a half hours.

Organoleptic characteristics
In the glass it is like a diamond To the nose it is fairly intense and persistent, it has the full fragrance of the Moscato grape. On the palate it is dry, comforting, harmonious with a smooth vein.

Technical notes
It is a distillate with an alcohol content of 42% and should be served in spirit glasses at a temperature of 10°C.
