The wonderful hills of the Oltrepo Pavese, a cradle of vines that is among the most
beautiful among Italian vine growing areas, gift us with wonderful wines like Pinot
Grigio, Riesling Italico, Moscato and Malvasia, which can be refermented in
autoclaves to produce sparkling wines, expressing all their liveliness and exuberance
in their perfumed or aromatic bouquets and the very character of this land in their
delicate and yet characteristic taste.
A straw-yellow colour with green highlights and a dry, full flavour come together in
Pinot Grigio and Riesling Italico, wines which however differ in that the latter has a
decidedly more fruity bouquet.
Malvasia with a straw-yellow colour and delicate golden highlights, has a typical
bouquet, enriched with pleasant aromatic overtones, that are peculiar to the individual
vine, and a dry, yet at the same time smooth taste, which heightened by the very
liveliness of this wine. Finally the aromatic notes of Moscato, a sweet sparkling wine
with a straw-yellow colour and delicious golden highlights.
